Dustin Johnson birdied the first hole to beat Cameron Smith and Branden Grace and take the first LIV Golf Tulsa title.
Johnson teed off the 18th green at Cedar Ridge Country Club to earn his second LIV victory.
The American brother recovered from an earlier tie for third on a 10-under 67 to join Grace and Smith at the top of the leaderboard at 17 under.
“The game is very good,” said the former head of state.
Johnson two-shotted to the final round, but South African Grace posted a bogey-free, one-under 65 to join him at the top of the leaderboard.
Australia’s Smith then built a three-way lead at the top by making nine birdies with no bogeys for a 61.
Harold Varner III shot two bogeys in his final round of 61 to finish third at 13 under, with Spain’s Eugenio Chacarra and Americans Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau tied for fourth at 12 under.
Attention now turns to the second major of the year, the PGA Championship, which begins at Oak Hill in New York on Thursday.
“I feel like I’m doing everything right now,” added two-time major winner Johnson, who has never won a PGA Championship.
“I’m really looking forward to next week, obviously going up there tonight and going out and trying a little bit.”
