The Ukrainian city of Bakhmut was razed to the ground as the Wagner mercenary group claimed complete control of Russia, Russian state television reported. The news came as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky returned home from the G7 summit with extra aid. NBC News’ Molly Hunter reports.
